First time going and had a great experience! Very friendly staff and my massage therapist, Apple, was the sweetest soul. She focused on my problem areas but still gave me a great overall body massage and made sure throughout that I was still comfortable with the pressure. Great massage and she was just so sweet I just have to come back and visit her!
I had a full body deep tissue massage that was truly relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. I highly recommend this place and this my 3rd time and will be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Penny-pinching, deceptive pricing, and incredibly rude staff. I purchased a Groupon for a 60-minute body massage with essential oils. The Groupon claimed a "promotional value" of $160, which is a complete lie—their actual, standard in-store price for a Swedish or deep tissue massage is only $80. My voucher had expired just two days before my visit. While the lady at the front desk was technically following Groupon's strict fine print regarding expired vouchers, the way the situation was handled was terrible. Instead of working with me, she demanded I pay the difference out of pocket. What makes this completely ridiculous is that they are still actively running this exact same promotion on Groupon! Accommodating a paying customer over a voucher that was barely 48 hours expired shouldn't have been a big deal, considering I could have just repurchased it right there. Instead of using basic customer service, she chose to argue with me. I finally realized it wasn't worth the hassle and told her to forget it. As I turned to leave, she actually smirked at me like she had won something. Thankfully, I contacted Groupon directly, and they gave me a full refund. This business chose to penny-pinch over a minor technicality and, in the process, lost a potentially long-term client. Between the fake, inflated promotional values and the completely unprofessional staff, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I visited for a massage. The service was great. They greeted me, checked me in and I was in a room and ready for my massage within 1-2 minutes. It was great! The massage therapist was amazing, she did some stretching near the end of the session that I didn't know I needed. I will be coming back for sure and I will request for the same therapist, she was just great. Nothing like a good massage to start the day.
I have arthritis and muscular health issues . So I tried this today and I must admit it was the best. Ivy was phenomenal in my 60 minutes massage therapy session. This is a must service to try. Prices are very reasonable and worth it. Good health to you all.
